I'm reading a book on how to draw from the right side of the brain. This exercise was to draw the picture that was upside down...hehehe - pretty fun actually and amazing what I could do.

Sands of Time...

I love the mountains - the Great Sand Dunes in Colorado is a marvel. A big play box of sand to watch the winds blow the landscape inch by inch from great heights to low hills. This place is a reminder that life changes with each breath we take and every thought we make - great things can be created in our ever changing world.

The road to freedom...

This week I saw my physiotherapist and psychiatrist. I’ve been off my meds for a month and lost my job. I’m feeling better than I have in years. Both said I was doing great and my prognosis was terrific in my attitude. I’ve been on a road of discovery and had to lose my mind in order to find myself.
