Cow Tipping Days of Summer
I spent the summer at WhiteWave tracking milk. I never quite realized all the steps it takes to get a gallon of milk to the grocery store. I learned about farm accounting and organic farms. It was a wonderful, terrific experience. I will always remember the people I worked with and here is a little tribute to them:
